Terms and Conditions

Check-in is at 4 p.m. or later by arrangement.

Check-out is no later than 10 a.m.

Monthly minimum rental. No broken months allowed.

You must be 25 years of age to book La Bella Vita. Identification must be provided. 

The person booking the house must be one of the occupants.

Car make, model, and license plates of occupants' cars must be provided.

Gatherings are welcome! Parties are prohibited! Gatherings are limited to the number of people in the cars that fit in the driveway. 

Parking is prohibited on La Bella Vita grass. Neighbors will call if you park on the grass, and a tow truck will come to take offending cars away. On-street parking is prohibited in North Clearwater Beach. The police will come if you park on the street. 

Dogs are welcome with the exception of dog breeds that are prohibited by our insurance company. Please ask for details. An extra-large dog kennel with a sleeping cushion is provided. Dogs must be kenneled when no one is home. The yard must be kept free of dog waste at all times. Dogs are welcome on North Clearwater Beach, but remember to clean up after them, so we don't lose this privilege.

 Occasionally, the weather will be too cold for the pool heater to work appropriately, in which case it will be turned off.

We offer bikes for your use, but you must bring your own helmets and maintain the bikes while using them. There are bike tools available if something on the bike needs to be tightened.

We have a printer/scanner in the den. You may print a few pages at no charge. If you are printing regularly, you must provide replacement cartridges before you check out.

Electric car charging is available for $250 per month.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING IS PERMITTED INSIDE LA BELLA VITA. IF WE DETERMINE THAT SMOKING HAS OCCURRED INSIDE, AN ADDITIONAL $2,500.00 CLEANING FEE WILL BE CHARGED, AND THE SECURITY FEE WILL BE FORFEITED. IN ADDITION, SMOKING INSIDE OF THE HOUSE WILL RESULT IN AN EVICTION, AND NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED FOR UNUSED TIME.
