La Bella Vita has a beautifully landscaped front yard and a majestic double staircase leading up to the front door.

Friendly stone statues welcome you at the bottom and top of the stairs.

You will enter the house into a spacious open foyer with travertine flooring that continues through the common areas. 

An elevator from the lower level also opens into the front hallway for your convenience.

A formal living room on the right side of the foyer creates a quiet space to relax or to greet guests. 

A family room with a view of the kitchen provides hours of entertainment. Watch movies or play video games on the 75-inch Samsung Frame TV and Nintendo Wii setup. If you prefer, enjoy the collection of board games and puzzles by a cozy wood-burning fireplace.

The fully-stocked kitchen includes beautiful quartz countertops, a large island for meal preparation, high-quality appliances, and instant hot water faucet.

Storage is abundant with plenty of cabinets and a walk-in pantry. Transporting groceries to the kitchen from the garage is a snap with the two-shelf dumbwaiter that can also be used to bring your delicious meals down to the pool.

A long peninsula seats 4. 

A formal dining area seats 10 people with room for 4 more using extra chairs that are provided. This area is perfect for both formal and casual entertaining.

Casual meals can also be eaten in the breakfast room adjacent to the kitchen. A bar with a two-zone wine/beverage refrigerator is perfect for chilling your favorite drinks!  

If you prefer dining al fresco, head out to the bar-height table on the balcony that overlooks the pool or gather at the family-sized table by the pool itself.

With 4 bedrooms, La Bella Vita comfortably sleeps 12 people. 

The master bedroom has a king-size bed that sleeps 2, a seating area, and a Sonos speaker system.

The den has a queen daybed that sleeps 2. It doubles as an office with a large British West Indies desk and a printer/scanner. There is also a Sonos system in the den. 

Sue's Room has a queen bed that sleeps 2.

The Bunk Room has a queen bunk bed and a twin bunk bed, for a total sleeping capacity of 6 in the room.

All bedrooms are on the main level and have televisions, blackout window treatments, and ceiling fans. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the main floor family room.

There are an additional 2 bedrooms with sleeping for 6 on the lower level that may also be rented.

Your outdoor recreation experience is enhanced by the screened enclosure of the entire pool pavilion and balcony to keep out unwanted insects, critters, and debris. 

The pool and jacuzzi are well lit and heated year-round, so you can enjoy a swim during the daytime or under the moonlight. 

In the pool pavilion, you'll also find a built-in outdoor grill and beverage refrigerator.

Anytime is perfect to enjoy a pool or ping pong game on the 8-foot regulation outdoor table. 

In the evening, light up the fire pit to roast marshmallows or just enjoy the glow. 

You can also keep up with your workout program in the home gym or go for a ride on the provided bicycles.
